Guest Policies

Please read and email that you have read policy and agree to the policies of Buddha’s Friends, as outlined below.

All Buddha’s friends are self-check in upon check-in; this agreement needs to be signed and dated by the following date & a representative of Buddha’s Friends will be by to pick it up at the property.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Check or personal check

Full payment is required at time of booking

Buddha’s Friends does not "hold" properties. 

A  3% discount will be given to those who pay by check or money order.

Checks must be received with in 4 days of time of booking

You may assure reservation with a credit card number and exp date

Check out time 11am (no late check-outs unless agreed upon up front ) 

OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS

Occupancy MUST NOT EXCEED number stated in the occupancy agreement or cleared through Buddha’s friends management up front. We do check our properties to insure this guideline is met.

HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED

Should you misrepresent any of this you will be asked to leave for breach of the agreement and forfeit your stay and payment.

PARKING POLICY

Be advised that  Buddha’s friends are in quiet residential neighborhoods where parking is limited. Maximum of 2 cars unless arranged ahead of time

Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the residence
 

PETS

Most of Buddha’s friends are PET FRIENDLY, with limitations

NO Leaving your pet outside for long periods alone

No BARKING DOGS

No pet defecation on the properties please

A fee of $25.00 per animal will be charged. A damage charge will be charge will be incurred on your credit card should this occur

CANCELATIONS

We do not issue refunds. You may, however, exchange your time and at a later date pending availability.

CLEANING CHARGES 

A cleaning charge of $50.00 - $100.00 is charged on all rentals
This only covers deeper cleaning
Occupant is required to do dishes, take kitchen trash out and general pick up
An additional charge will be charged to your credit card should there be more than general cleaning by our cleaning service
 

FURNISHINGS

PLEASE DO NOT rearrange the furnishings unless you notify Buddha’s friends.
Please do not move BBQ \Grill

 

RELEASE

a)  Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner and owners representatives from all claims, disputes litigation judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss damage or injury to Guest family and friends and friends of guests or his\her licensees c) Guests or his her personal property including vehicles are not insured by the owner or if applicable HOA against loss or damage due to fire theft vandalism rain water criminal or negligent acts of others or any other cause. Owner does not insure against personal injury due to any reason other than the condition of the property. Owner is not be responsible for the gift of wine by Buddha’s Friends should a DUI or a health issue occur.
